If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the game, please review our support page.  If your problem is not resolved there, technical issues can be submitted using the LGBHelp program provided on the CD-ROM.  Place CD #1 in the drive and click on RUN LBGHELP to submit a support request.  Left Behind: Eternal Forces technical support requests submitted through an email will be discarded.

Gold Codes:
If a Gold Code did not come in the box (either you are missing the card or the space is blank), please return the product to the store for a replacement.  We apologize for the assembly error, but we do not have any spare codes available. 

If you have a gold code and it does not work, please try to enter the code using a 5 instead of an S or a V instead of a U.  All codes are guaranteed to work, please look closely and try entering it again.
