Troy A. Lyndon, Chairman and CEO
Troy A. Lyndon is the Chairman and CEO of LB Games Inc. Mr. Lyndon has over 20 years experience in the management and development of software projects, including computer and video game products such as Batman, Defender of the Crown, Street Fighter and the first 3D Madden Football game, which has become a brand exceeding more than a billion in revenue for Electronic Arts, the world’s largest video game publisher. Mr. Lyndon is also a recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year award from Inc. Magazine, Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young. He has also served many ministries and Christian publishers, including the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Campus Crusade for Christ, Tyndale and Biblesoft, in the development of multimedia presentations, CD-ROMs, DVDs, and retail products. From December 1993 to February 1997, he served as CEO of Studio Arts Multimedia, Inc. where he managed and developed multiple million dollar plus video game projects. From December 1988 to October 1993, Mr. Lyndon served as President of Park Place Productions, which became North America’s largest independent developer of video games, where he managed operations, including the publication and/or development for more than 50 computer and video game projects.
Doug Milnor, Chief Operating Officer
Doug Milnor has more than 20 years of experience managing marketing, sales and finance departments. Mr. Milnor has spent over 18 years in the Financial Services Sector, holding Senior Management titles for some of the largest financial organizations in the US, such as BankAmerica, US Bank and Metris Companies. At Metris Companies, Mr. Milnor had the privilege of being responsible for all aspects of the new account acquisition and product development departments, including: designing, developing and maintaining the systems and infrastructure supporting the business; managing the marketing, brand development, rollout and integration of new products, client and association relationships, and leading the business' new account growth initiatives. Mr. Milnor was the 13th employee hired at Metris and was critical in leading this department from infancy through a public offering in 1997. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Milnor was directly responsible for the overall profitability, sales, marketing and funding of NASBA Capital, Inc., which was originally developed as an equipment finance organization designed to meet the needs of the 14,000 members of the NASBA technology association. NASBA Capital evolved into an all encompassing finance organization to include; equipment financing, merchant services, consumer finance programs, asset-based financing and various stage financing. For the past several years, Mr. Milnor has worked for Draft/FCB Worldwide, one of the nations largest advertising agencies. During his tenure there, he was responsible for managing the marketing initiatives for clients such as Xerox, RSA Security, Liebert Technology and Kaiser Permanente. Mr. Milnor holds a BSS in Business and Economics from Western Washington University 1986. James B. Frakes, Former Chief Financial Officer
James B. Frakes has 25 years of experience in finance. He spent 15 years as the CFO of three emerging growth publicly held companies. Most recently, Mr. Frakes was the CFO of NTN Buzztime Inc., an interactive game company. Prior to his CFO experiences, Mr. Frakes was a manager at an investment banking firm specializing in later stage venture capital and leveraged buyout transactions. Mr. Frakes holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.
John Salvador, Executive Director, Legal and Business Affairs
A Wall Street veteran with over 14 years of experience, Mr. Salvador has assisted over 15 companies in the public sector. Previously Mr. Salvador was Director of Investor Relations at People's Choice Financial Corporation and NTN Buzztime. Mr. Salvador holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University.
Kevin Hoekman, Executive Director, Product Development
Kevin Hoekman is the Sr. Producer of the Left Behind PC Game series as well as the Executive Director of Product Development. Kevin has more than 9 years experience in the production of video games and over 13 years of manangement experience. His production credits include producing critically acclaimed, award winning titles such as Freedom Force, Spellforce and Silent Storm. Prior to joining LB Games, Inc., Kevin produced over 30 PC games and 200 other skus from 2003 to 2006 for Encore Software including the Hoyle game series and Sacred.
Robilyn J. Lyndon, Executive Director, HR & Admin
Robilyn Lyndon is the Executive Director of HR & Admin for LB Games Inc. and brings to the LBG team more than 30 years of experience working in various roles for consumer marketing and ministry organizations including St. Ives, BDS Marketing and South Shores Church, a multi-million dollar ministry, where she managed finance, human resources and event planning. As well, she is an Inductive Bible Study teacher for Precept Ministries' curriculum.
Jerome Mikulich, Executive Director, Outreach & Sales
Jerome Mikulich is the Executive Director of Outreach & Sales. From May 2006 to the present, has also served as the company’s Strategic Marketing Manager. Mr. Mikulich has 27 years experience in the music industry. From 1989 to 1998, served as the Chief Recording Engineer for the Playroom Recording Studio in Chicago IL where he received a platinum record as recording engineer. Mr. Mikulich has recorded music that has reached #1 position on the Billboard music charts. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Mikulich owned and operated Playroom Records and Productions and served is its Chief Engineer and Records Producer. Early in his sound engineering career, Mr. Mikulich performed live concert sound engineering services and pro audio equipment sales for two different companies; Pyramid Audio and Music Lab Inc., from 1990 to the present, Mr. Mikulich is the electronic musician of the music outfit 3.1. In 1996, Mr. Mikulich was licensed with the NASD as a Registered Representative and a Producer with the Department of Insurance. He currently retains his licensing with financial planning firm World Equity Group, Inc. in Arlington Heights IL. Mr. Mikulich is an Alumni of Moody Bible Institute where he studied radio and communications. He transferred and graduated from Columbia College in Chicago IL. (Spring 1986), he received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in the Arts, Entertainment and Media Management Program with an emphasis on the Recording Industry and Sound Engineering. In May of 2005, Mr. Mikulich founded 3.1 Ministries, and currently serves as its President. The ministry holds cutting edge youth outreach events that enlighten, encourage and equip the youth on how to check the spiritual content of their music and media. Mr. Mikulich has served as a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, youth evangelist and is a member of the National Network of Youth Ministers. Mr. Mikulich has served with Inner City Christian Ministries in Chicago IL.
